Armenia's representative Ani Hovsepyan (66kg) started with a victory at the Olympic qualification and made it to the 1/8 finals.
In the 1/16 finals, the 2022 European Champion defeated Nigeria's Blessing Oraekwe by unanimous decision of the judges.
