On June 23, the European U16 Boxing Championship among boys and girls started in Sarajevo. Two days of competition have already passed, in which 8 boxers from Armenia participated, 5 of them won and went further along the tournament grid.

70 kg: Alain Stepanyan defeated Brandon Berki (Hungary) 4-1.
75 kg: Samvel Siramargyan defeated William Heaney (Ireland) 5-0.
+80 kg: Hrach Khachatryan defeated Daumantas Vilkas (Lithuania) 5-0.
52 kg: Anahit Harutyunyan defeated Ludovica Vitoni (Italy) 5-0.
80 kg: Hayk Kagramanyan lost to Boris Plakhta (Poland) 1-4.
57 kg: Helen Papayan lost to those. by knockout to Karolina Kollarova (Slovakia).
46 kg: Vahram Dovlatbekyan lost to Thomas Mikan (Scotland) 0-5.
