After the World Championship where the first Olympic license holders were found out, the Armenian team did not take part in the second qualifying tournament which was held in Baku (Azerbaijan). Now the Armenian wrestlers have the last chance to win the world qualifying tournament, which will be held in Istanbul (Turkey). At the moment our team needs licenses in the following weight categories:
Freestyle Wrestling - 74kg, 86kg, 97kg and 125kg.
Greco-Roman Wrestling - 60kg, 87kg and 130kg.
Head coaches of our teams have already decided the line-up that will go to Istanbul for licenses.
