The new season of the Russian Premier League 2024/25 started this week. Nine footballers of Armenian descent will play in the main squads of RPL clubs this season, six of whom have Armenian citizenship and experience playing for the Armenian national team (except for Valery Tsarukyan, Stepan Oganesyan, and Alexander Kovalenko).
