On June 22, the 2024 European Athletics Championship for Small Countries took place in Gibraltar. Armenian athletes participated in this tournament and won 7 medals - 1 gold, 3 silver, and 3 bronze.
In the Armenian team, Yervand Mkrtchyan became the champion of the tournament in the 5000 meters race, and he also won silver in the 1500 meters race.
