At the European Under-20 Championship in the Serbian city of Novi Sad, the finalists of the second day have been determined. As a result of the semifinal bouts in the 67 kg weight category, Gaspar Terteryan from Armenia and Grayr Ohanyan from Russia advanced to the final.
In the semifinal, Gaspar Terteryan confidently defeated Anatoliy Pasnak from Ukraine with a score of 4-0. In the other semifinal, Grayr Ohanyan defeated Rati Khozrevanidze from Georgia with a score of 8-0.
Tomorrow, on June 3, Gaspar Terteryan and Grayr Ohanyan will compete for the gold medal of the tournament.
In the Armenian national team, Gaspar Terteryan is the only finalist. Today, Yura Oveyan (63 kg) and Aramais Harutyunyan (130 kg) will compete for bronze medals, and tomorrow, Erik Ter-Matevosyan (82 kg) will compete.
