Sambo wrestler Arsen Khanjyan (98 kg) brought Armenia its second medal at the 2024 BRICS Games in Kazan. He took third place in the 98 kg weight category in sambo competitions.
In the match for the bronze medal, the Armenian sambo wrestler defeated Belarusian Sergey Lesyak 3-0.
