On August 11, the official closing ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games took place in Paris. During the event, the flag bearer for the Armenian team was the Paris Olympic vice-champion, Greco-Roman wrestler Artur Aleksanyan.
In Paris, Artur Aleksanyan won his fourth Olympic medal, bringing his total to one gold, two silvers, and one bronze.
It should be noted that during the opening ceremony, the flag bearer for Armenia was boxer Davit Chaloyan.
