On April 20, the third day of the EUBC European Boxing Championships 2024 for men and women took place in Belgrade. On the third day of the tournament preliminary bouts in men's weight categories of 54, 71, 80, 92 and +92 kg were held.
On the third day 4 boxers performed in the Armenian national team, two of them won. Gurgen Madoyan (71 kg) and Narek Manasyan (92 kg) will continue the fight for medals, but Rafael Hovhannisyan (80 kg) and Davit Chaloyan (+92 kg) left the tournament. Chaloyan had an injury and Rafael lost by a very strange decision of the judges.
