Giorgio ‘The Doctor’ Petrosyan will make his return tomorrow, 18 May, in Milan. He will fight against Sergio Sanchez for the WAKA Pro K-1 championship belt at PetrosyanMania 9 at the Allianz Cloud stadium.

The Armenian kickboxer's opponent Sergio Dominguez Sanchez defeated Giorgio Petrosyan's brother Armen Petrosyan last November.
At ONE FC, in his last fight, Giorgio Petrosyan lost by knockout to Superbon Banchamek - it was the first defeat for ‘The Doctor’ since 2013. After that defeat Giorgio had one fight in his PetrosyanMania league, where he defeated Fatih Aydin of Turkey by technical knockout in the second round. The 38-year-old Armenian has not competed anywhere else.
