Elina Avanesyan has advanced to the main draw of the grass-court tournament in Eastbourne. In the final round of qualification, the 21-year-old Armenian defeated Croatia's Petra Martić with a score of 6-3, 6-4.
Earlier in the tournament in the UK, Avanesyan defeated Denmark's Clara Tauson, and now she will compete in the main draw of the tournament—in the round of 32. Avanesyan's opponent will be announced later
