Armenian UFC fighter Melsik Baghdasaryan, unfortunately, will not be able to participate in the fight against Muhammad Naimov at the upcoming UFC Saudi Arabia event, which will take place on June 22. The reason for this is an injury he sustained during preparation for the bout.
It should be noted that this is already the third consecutive fight that Baghdasaryan has had to cancel. In total, Melsik has now had 6 canceled fights in the UFC, and although not all cancellations were his fault, the last two fights were canceled due to his injuries.
It is worth mentioning that not only Baghdasaryan encountered problems on this card. Earlier, Khamzat Chimaev also withdrew from the card, which was another blow to the anticipated spectacular event.
