The Armenia U16 men's national team defeated San Marino U16 with a score of 73-52 in the first round match of the 2024 European Championship in Division "C," held in Albania.
Rafael Masumyan became the top scorer for the Armenia team. He scored 19 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, made 2 assists, and blocked 3 shots. Edgar Agabekyan also showed high performance, scoring 15 points and grabbing 8 rebounds.
The Armenia team will still play against Kosovo (July 10) and Gibraltar (July 11) in the group stage.
