According to Metaratings.ru, Lokomotiv and Armenian national team footballer Nair Tiknizyan refused Zenit and withdrew from negotiations regarding a potential transfer.
The defender and the club could not agree on the terms of the contract, and the player's side decided to end the negotiations. Recall that Tiknizyan also refused Zenit this winter. Instead of Nair, the St. Petersburg club signed Krylia Sovetov player Yuri Gorshkov for the left-back position.
Nair Tiknizyan has already started preparing for the new season with Lokomotiv and has undergone a medical examination.
