In the first leg of the UEFA Conference League playoffs, "Pyunik" secured a 1-0 victory over Slovenian "Celje." The only goal for the Armenian champions was scored by Sani Bukhari in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, later in the match, Pyunik's new player was injured.
The return leg between these teams will take place on August 29 in the Slovenian city of Celje.
Overall, the Armenian team looked much stronger than their opponent and could have won with a more comfortable score ahead of the return match. In the 60th minute, 20-year-old Nigerian Sani Bukhari scored a beautiful goal after a solo run.
