The third and final day of the European Championships 2024 (U20) in freestyle wrestling took place in Novi Sad on July 7. This tournament was the last one on the continent this year, where Russian athletes demonstrated outstanding results, emphasizing their dominance in Europe.
During 2024, Russian athletes at European championships of all age categories in freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling won a total of 65 medals: 31 gold, 15 silver and 19 bronze.
