45-year-old Portuguese Rui Mota, who previously worked within the system of Lisbon's Sporting, has been appointed the new head coach of Noah FC. His previous club, Georgian Dila, currently leads the championship thanks to Mota's successful work, which began in January 2024.
Before joining Dila, Rui Mota was a member of Ricardo Sá Pinto’s coaching staff, collaborating with him at clubs such as Esteghlal in Iran, Moreirense and Braga in Portugal, Vasco da Gama in Brazil, Standard in Belgium, and Legia in Poland.
In his first address to Noah FC fans, Rui Mota said, “Hello, dear Noah fans. I am very happy to join this great club and am excited to make history together. We will work hard every day to achieve our goals. Together, we are stronger!”
Previously, Noah FC was led by Spanish coach Carlos Inarejos, who guided the team to the silver medals in the Armenian championship.
