In the U18 European Basketball Championship Division C, the Armenia national team faced Luxembourg in the semifinal match. Regular time ended in a 70-70 tie, but in a tense overtime, Luxembourg secured the victory, finishing the game with a score of 85-78.
In the Armenian team, Grigoriy Kazaryan and Hayk Karakhanyan particularly stood out. Kazaryan delivered an impressive performance, scoring 21 points and making 7 rebounds. Hayk Karakhanyan also demonstrated high efficiency, achieving a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.
The game began tensely, with both teams showing high levels of preparation and a strong desire to win. On July 28, the Armenia U18 team will compete for the bronze medal against the Albania U18 team.
In the final match, Luxembourg will face Azerbaijan.
