On June 17, the European Championships 2024 in water sports started in Belgrade. On the first day of the tournament, the Armenian women's team advanced to the final in the 4x200 m freestyle relay.
In the qualification, the Armenian girls showed a time of 9:02.18, which became a new record for Armenia, not updated since 1986. This event highlights the team's progress and perseverance in preparing for the competition.
The relay final took place this evening, where the Armenian women's team took 8th place. The team again set a new Armenian record, finishing the distance with a result of 8:53.63.
