The 2024 European Greco-Roman Wrestling Championships for boys under 15 years old ended in Loutraki, Greece. Vazgen Mnatsakanyan (52kg) and Janez Nazaryan (62kg) became champions of the Armenian national team, while Eric Petrosyan (48kg), Vahe Hoveyan (68kg) and Zaven Mezhlumyan (62kg) won bronze.
Vazgen Mnatsakanyan defeated Russia's Mikhail Stepanov 6-3 in the final of the 52kg weight category. In the course of the tournament Vazgen also defeated an Italian, an Azerbaijani and a Georgian.

But Janes Nazaryan (62kg) won the final very confidently, defeating Ukrainian Daniil Malnichuk 11-0 ahead of schedule. In the course of the tournament Nazaryan won against a Russian, a Georgian, as well as his Armenian team-mate Zaven Mezhlumyan. Zaven himself later fought for bronze and defeated Rustam Lafishev with the score 13-5. As a result, in the weight category up to 62kg there were two wrestlers from Armenia on the podium.
It so happened that Russian champion Rustam Lafishev lost to two different wrestlers from Armenia at the tournament in Greece.

2. Daniil Malnichuk (Ukraine).
3. Zaven Mezhlumyan (Armenia).
3. Kirill Vasko (Belarus).

Vahe Hoveyan (68kg) and Eric Petrosyan (48kg) also became bronze medallists of the Armenian national team. In the bout for bronze, Hoveyan defeated Hungarian Sandor David Antaly with the score 3-1, and Petrosyan was stronger than Yegor Kenchadze (Belarus) 7-5.
In total, Armenia has 5 medals - 2 gold and 3 bronze.
