Armenian athlete Zhirayr Petrosyan (60kg) is the European Wushu champion in the Light Sanda category among adults. In the final of the tournament in Stockholm, the representative of Armenia defeated Luca Bolean of Romania and became the winner of the tournament.
This is the second gold for Armenia at the European Wushu Championships 2024 in Sweden. Earlier Gevorg Baghdasaryan became the champion among juniors. Armenia has 7 more finals ahead.
